GRAPE HARVEST: MANUAL
VINIFICATION: soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature (14-16°C)
AGEING: in autoclave on yeast for 10 months
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: it presents a bright straw yellow colour and persistent, fine bubbles.
On the nose, it recalls wildflowers and white-pulp fruits. Dry and playful on the palate, it presents delightful fruity marks.
MATCH: it matches very well with many dishes, particularly as an aperitif, with starters and fish.
