VINIFICATION: 3 hours maceration in nitrogen atmosphere, and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C
AGEING: partly in steel and partly in cement for 5 months
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Bright straw yellow. This wine recalls a floral and varietal fragrance next to scents that recall Acacia honey, nectarines, orange peel, and marjoram. On the palate, it is fresh and salty, revealing balance, and it is also characterized by a pleasant almond aftertaste/finish.
